my name and total has gone from my group

I've earned about 1 and a half million grains for the group i'm in,Christians fighting world hunger,but my name and total grains of rice has gone for no reason,could you please help

    Hi Chris,

    Can you let us know what your username is? The totals is hopefully now resolved – it seems there was a cookie based bug that was deleting the cookies from browsers before they had time to register totals.

    The developers, however, will need to look into your username.

        It won't let me select a group to play. When I click "select a group" and click "play," it takes me to the subject page like it normally does but it still says "select a group" up top.
